Learn to Thrive! helps cultivate a thriving local community by providing an artistic, stylish, light-filled space for creative work, collaborative learning, and inspired gatherings, as well as networking and publicity via social media and other communication technologies.
When you book with LTT! you sign up for more than just a space to work in, teach in, or host; you become part of a collective dedicated to intentional and transformative community-building.
About the Space
Learn to Thrive! welcomes creators to work, play, teach, and learn in our beautiful space in historic Downtown Bloomington. We offer a variety of rental options to provide a comfortable, inspiring studio experience for individuals and organizations.
LTT! is conveniently located and designed to energize your endeavor with original architectural features, abundant natural light, and authentic period mid-century modern decor. We are right next door to an award-winning local coffee shop and steps away from many restaurants, galleries, small boutiques, and vintage shops.
The 840 squarefoot space also features:
Free street parking and within one block of public transit
Connected tech including WiFi, grounded electrical outlets, and a Bose Bluetooth speaker
Individual heating/cooling system with easy remote control (quiet, efficient)
Safe, secure building with digital door access
Equipped mini-kitchen that includes a refrigerator, microwave, dishes, and utensils
An easel for teaching/presentations or mind-mapping exercises

Event Rates
$250
Half day (4 hours) best for workshops, photo shoots, or ongoing teaching series events
$450
Full day (8 hours) best for retreats, parties, or small conferences.
Event Packages
LTT! community members are invited to reserve the space for regularly scheduled events at a reduced rate. Email us for more information.
As a Work Space
LTT! can be used by individuals or small groups as a study space or co-working gathering spot.
As a Teaching Space
LTT! is the perfect space for creative classes, workshops, and urban retreats. Teaching events that are open to the public can be included in our weekly member newsletter and social media posts.
As an Event Space
LTT! is available for a wide variety of event types. Rates are based on a minimum four hour rental plus additional options based on event type. Email Kate at learntothrivecollective@gmail.com for more details.
